Day 01: Upon arrival in Pereira transfer to the hotel in Salento. Afternoon free exploring this beautiful town and taking in the views. Depending on the time of arrival horse riding in the afternoon to a beautiful waterfall.

Day 02: Catching a Willies from the plaza for a day trip to Valle del Cocora. Valle del Cocora is home to the largest palm in the world (up to 60m tall) which is known as Colombia's national tree. Set amid the misty green hills, they are breath-taking to behold. The valley is protected as part of Unesco's Coffee Cultural Landscape of Colombia Heritage Site. There are many options to explore this beautiful area depending on preference, the most popular is hike the 5-hour circuit. There are shorter routes depending on fitness levels.

Day 03: Collected from the hotel in the morning for a trip to Barbas Bremen. Here you will walk along the beautiful trail of the forest of the Barbas river canyon, one of the most preserved forests of the region. A place, so pristine that it is still home to dozens of howler monkeys. Here you will find giant trees, more than 200 species of birds, lianas that could have been used by Tarzan and even a beautiful waterfall in the middle of the forest. 

After you will head to lunch at Altagracia and enjoy the fantastic views before heading to the hotel near Pereira.

Day 04: In the morning collected from the hotel for a day trip to Marsella. Marsella is one of the most beautiful towns of the Coffee Cultural Landscape, enjoy the fascinating mountain scenery viewed from its path. Admire the architecture of Marsella Main Square, the imposing “Casa de La Cultura” and its colorful houses. We will take you to coffee lands, with viewpoints that look like postcards to discover the green of these mountains, the taste of fruits with the finest organic chocolate. Walk among the cacao plantation, feel the sweet taste of mucilage in the mouth and mix it with oranges, tangerines, and aromatic plants. You will have lunch at the farm. Afterward part of the chocolate process, taking seeds, roasting and melting them for delicious chocolate cream, from whom you can make your favorite sweet or drink. Upon returning, walk the main streets observing the local architecture, and enjoy an unforgettable sunset.

Day 5: Collected in the morning for a transfer to the airport and flight back to Medellin. End of services.
